ModHeader is free to use. You can use most of its functionalities without subscribing to the Pro plan. With the Pro plan, you will unlock additional time saving tools and enhanced team collaborations.

What is the refund policy?

If you are unhappy with the ModHeader Pro, please send us a message at support@modheader.com and we will do our best to address your concern. If you contact us within 30 days of the start of your purchase, we will refund the full amount if we are unable to resolve your problem.

Do I need a separate purchase for ModResponse?

Your account and subscription for ModHeader will automatically work for ModResponse and vice versa. You only need to purchase once to get the Pro features for both extensions.

Do you offer discounts?

If you are a student / educator, send us an email to support@modheader.com using your .edu email, and we can offer you 1 Pro license for free.

How do I purchase ModHeader Pro for my organization?

You can purchase multiple Pro licenses when you check out. You can assign Pro licenses to other users from the organization page.

Can I use ModHeader Pro on multiple browser / computer?

Yes! You can use your ModHeader Pro license on as many browser / computer as you would like. In fact, it is very common for our users to use ModHeader on many browser profiles. You can use setup wizard to help you transfer data to a new browser quickly.

Do you support SSO login?

Yes. If you are using the Pro license, we can support SSO login using SAML / OIDC for your organization. Please contact us at support@modheader.com to setup SAML.
